I use a fraction of a second to try and seize the powerful, beautiful, personal and delicate nature of everything - wild and human.

 

As a TV child of the Seventies, I am fascinated by the power of visual images - from the exotic and intense blue world of Jacques Cousteau's oceanic documentaries to the dramatic and evocative style of early Hollywood.

 

These are my images captured across Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Antarctic on conventional 35mm film, Polaroid and digital media.
